Party FAQ

We are proud to offer curated experiences for all of your special moments in our elevated small event space! Our Play Experts strive to take all the work out of party planning and replace it with nothing but fun for you and your guests! If you have more questions, feel free to reach out! 

How much does a party cost?

We are offering an introductory rate of $395 for a 90 minute party for up to 12 participating guests, $20 for each additional guest. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to the party. Snacks, Beverages, and Party Favors are available for an additional fee. 

How many people can you accommodate?

The most comfortable number is 16 - 18 total people (adults included). For kids' birthday parties, we recommend parents drop their children off (except, of course for the hosts!). Our Play Experts can handle the fun and clean up, while the grown-ups go enjoy one of downtown's wonderful coffee shops, bars or restaurants. 

What's Included? 

Your party begins with a fun icebreaker and open ended activity while your guests arrive. There will be a photo opportunity, too! Then, guests will enjoy two fun activities that you'll choose from a menu at your pre-party meeting. Then, we'll play a fun game where everyone gets a prize. Finally, we'll sing and enjoy any food or goodies. For birthday parties, we are so packed with fun that we do not typically reserve time to open the gifts. If this is important to you, please let us know at your pre-party meeting. Your party also includes high end decor, paper goods, set up and clean up, and a 10% discount in store for you and your guests.

Do you provide food? 

Light snacks, drinks, and cupcakes are available for an additional fee. You are more than welcome to coordinate and bring your own food and beverages, or we can coordinate that for you for cost + an 8% service fee. However, please note that we do not currently have any kitchen appliances. 

What happens after I book my event? 

We'll be in touch right away to schedule a meeting with you and the guest of honor! At this meeting we will go over the details of your event and put together your wish list so your guests can find the perfect gift.

What about Party Favors?

Party favors matching your event theme are available for an additional fee. While we welcome you to bring your own food, we do request you not bring outside party favors.
